KUALA LUMPUR: Wisma Mont Kiara in Kuala Lumpur has been listed for sale with an asking price of about RM150 million.
Sources indicate that it is currently the only en bloc office building available in the Mont Kiara area, drawing interest from family offices and investment funds.
According to checks, the 16-storey building boasts an occupancy rate of around 90 per cent, with strong demand for the remaining space.
“This is a premium investment opportunity in a prime freehold location, offering high occupancy and consistent cash flow,” an insider said.
Documents reviewed by NST Property confirm that Zerin Properties has been appointed as the exclusive agent for the en bloc sale.
The company declined to provide any comments when contacted.
Wisma Mont Kiara enjoys a strategic position along Jalan Kiara — the busiest street in Mont Kiara — and is part of the 1 Mont Kiara integrated development, which includes the 1 Mont Kiara Mall and the 30-storey Menara 1 Mont Kiara strata office building. It is situated above a four-storey retail podium, and the entire development covers 228,087 sq ft of land.
The office tower features a gross floor area of 241,682 sq ft and a net lettable area (NLA) of 181,992 sq ft, along with 1,385 car park bays.
