With over 22 years of industry experience, Shin Lin specializes in property valuation, transaction advisory, plant and machinery valuation, land acquisition, property market research and development, and property management across various real estate sectors.

Charlene, Executive Director at Solid Real Estate Consultants Sdn Bhd’s Penang branch, holds a BSc (Hons) in Estate Management from the University of Greenwich, United Kingdom, and is a licensed Valuer, Estate Agent, and Property Manager with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents, and Property Managers Malaysia.

With extensive experience in property valuation, management, and estate agency, Charlene specializes in valuing unique properties including office buildings, shopping centers, hotels/resorts, petrol stations, golf courses, and agricultural estates.

Michael, Executive Director at Solid Real Estate Consultants Sdn Bhd’s Johor branch, holds a BSc (Hons) in Property Management from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. He is licensed as a Valuer, Estate Agent, and Property Manager with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents, and Property Managers Malaysia.

Michael specializes in estate agency, auctions, transaction advisory, project marketing, and management. He is experienced in valuing diverse properties and actively participates in property valuation for financing, land acquisition, accounting, insurance, and regulatory submissions.

Hafiz, Executive Director in the central region at Solid Real Estate Consultants Sdn Bhd, graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Estate Management from University Technology MARA.

He joined SREC immediately after graduation and is currently focused on property valuation and research across a diverse range of properties.

Sarah, Associate Director in the central region, holds a BSc (Hons) in Estate Management from Universiti Malaya. She is licensed as a Valuer, Estate Agent, and Property Manager with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents, and Property Managers Malaysia.

Sarah gained exposure in property valuation and estate agency. She is experienced in valuing diverse properties and actively participates in property valuation for market rental, development charges, land acquisitions, accounting, submission to Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) and regulatory submissions.

Chooi Leng, Associate Director, head of Perak branch. Holding her degree, B (Hons) Real Estate Management from Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia, She is licensed as a Values, Estate Agent and Property Manager with the Board of Valuers, Appraisals, Estate Agents and Property Managers Malaysia.

Prior to SREC joining, she experienced in retail and corporate valuation exercises of residential, commercial and industrial properties, involved in assignments on organised and coordinated valuation jobs involving property portfolios located in different parts of Malaysia. She has also been actively involved in various types of retail and corporate real estate valuation for various purposes such as part of the Malaysian Securities Commission’s requirement for additional portfolio into existing REIT, for loan security, compulsory land acquisition, internal management, rental and Financial Reporting Standards.

Fish, Associate Director in the central region, earned her BSc (Hons) in Real Estate Management & Development from Liverpool John Moores University.

She is actively involved in valuing properties such as shopping centers, hotels/resorts, plant and machinery, and conducting research for development land.

Gim, Associate Director overseeing the northern region, earned his Bachelor of Real Estate Management from Malaya University. Gim is also a member of property surveying division of the Royal Institution of Surveyors, Malaysia (RISM).

Prior to joining SREC, he was formerly with IJM Land Bhd, involved in The Light City, a mega waterfront development in Penang. With extensive experience in sales, project marketing and valuation, he specializes in valuing properties such as heritage buildings, residential properties, commercial buildings, industrial premises, and various categories of lands for various valuation purposes.
