Sunway Property Bhd has launched its first campaign for the year — Warmest as One, with Sunway Property — that include two new projects: Sunway Artessa and Sunway d’hill Residences.

In a statement, central region executive director Chong Sau Min said the participating projects for the campaign include Sunway Artessa and Sunway d’hill Residences, with the others being Sunway Belfield, Sunway Velocity TWO and Sunway Serene. “With the campaign, we look forward to welcoming new residents to our new norm developments that are in high-growth areas to yield the best capital appreciation.”

The campaign starts from Feb 14 until Feb 28 and buyers can look forward to its “Warmest Prosperity Deals”, which include a low booking fee of RM500 for some of the developer’s latest launches and hottest-selling properties, a Chinese New Year lucky dip of up to RM8,888, a free kitchen cabinet and a mystery gift.

According to the developer, the developments will be suitable for families and are built to green certification standards for better quality buildings, as well as air quality, lower energy and water usage, and also provide a wellness lifestyle.

The freehold Sunway Artessa in Kuala Lumpur is 6.5km away from KLCC. It is transit-connected through a covered walkway to the Sri Rampai LRT station. The development has received a GreenRE gold rating, whereby all units will have a north-south orientation for lower energy consumption while offering a wellness lifestyle for its residents.

Sunway d’hill Residences in Kota Damansara is only 100m away from the 800-acre Kota Damansara Community Forest Reserve. Designed as a mixed residential development with retail and dining conveniences on the ground floor, the development is also GreenRE gold certified with more than 2.7 acres of green open spaces and over 30 modern lifestyle facilities. The development is supported by amenities such as shopping malls, transportation hubs, retail, banking, education and medical facilities as well as golf clubs, all of which are within a 5km radius.

Meanwhile, the 4.53-acre Sunway Belfield comprises three residential towers. Towers A and B, which were launched recently, have seen a take-up rate of 95% while Tower C is currently open for sale. It is located 400m away from the Maharajalela monorail station.

Sunway Velocity TWO, a mixed development with four residential towers, is adjacent to Sunway Velocity and is connected to the one million sq ft Sunway Velocity Mall, medical centre, and college. Towers A and B were fully sold in less than a year, while Tower C was 80% taken up since its launch in early-2021. Tower D is now open for booking.

Sunway Serene in Petaling Jaya overlooks a 36-hole golf course and a 15-acre lake. The development integrates a care centre supported by Sunway Medical Centre at the facilities podium, and exclusive lifestyle facilities such as a 210m lazy river for leisure cruises, sky gym and Jacuzzi. The development is GreenRE gold-certified and has achieved a take-up rate of 85%.

In conjunction with the campaign, the developer also launched a social media contest where participants will be able to like Sunway Property’s official Facebook and Instagram accounts, take a screenshot of the full “Bai Jia Bei” and express what brings warmth this Chinese New Year or watch a video and answer questions to win exclusive Chinese New Year gift boxes and a pair of LG PuriCare wearable air purifiers.
