KUALA LUMPUR: SkyWorld Development Bhd (SkyWorld), an urban property developer, hosted an exclusive project tour to showcase its latest completed development, The Valley Residences located in Setiawangsa, Kuala Lumpur. The event aimed to provide members of the media, bankers, estate valuers and solicitors with an immersive experience of the project and its exceptional features.

Commanding a gross development value (GDV) of RM761mil and sprawled across a strategically located 4.66-acre parcel of land, The Valley Residences encompasses a total of 1,309 meticulously crafted units with sizes ranging from a comfortable 800 sq ft to a spacious 1,318 sq ft, ensuring ample living space for residents. Boasting three iconic towers that stand tall with 48, 43 and 54 floors respectively, The Valley is set as the highest residential building built by the Company to

date and the tallest residential building in Setiawangsa, Kuala Lumpur.

During the project tour, the attendees had the opportunity to experience firsthand the outstanding craftsmanship and attention to detail that have become synonymous with SkyWorld’s developments and were provided with a comprehensive insight into the project’s distinctive features, architectural design, and sustainability initiatives. The tour also encompassed the development’s extensive range of amenities, including the Olympic-length swimming pool located on the ground level, landscaped gardens and recreational areas, Jacuzzi Cove, Hammock Grove, Forest Veranda, Canopy Walk, Sierra Playpark as well as the first-of-its-kind Power Mixed Martial Art (MMA) gym that comes with a comprehensive set of equipment that caters to the diverse training needs of fighters.

Despite providing over 60 facilities, the maintenance fees in The Valley Residences stand at a mere RM0.29 (excluding sinking funds). The development achieved a take-up rate of 100%.

Also present was SkyWorld founder and non-independent executive chairman Datuk Seri Ng Thien Phing, who gave a short but entertaining speech.

The event received an overwhelmingly positive turnout of more than 120 members of the media, estate valuers, bankers and solicitors. Attendees expressed their admiration for The Valley Residences’ exceptional quality and its extraordinary addition to the local property market.
