KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 2): Pavilion Damansara Heights Mall is ready to open and welcome customers by May 2023.

According to a media release, the integrated development has more than 70% of its retail space “committed by tenants as to date”.

The 129 confirmed tenants include Harvey Norman, Swarovski, Karl Lagerfeld, A Cut Above by Aveda, Watson’s, Food Republic, Poh Kong Gallery and Din Tai Fung.

Located in the neighbourhood of Damansara Heights, the mall spans over 1 million sq ft across six floors.

It “is poised to be the ultimate customer-centric destination for unforgettable dining experience, retail, entertainment, and leisure”, stated Pavilion Damansara Heights.

The mall’s “carefully picked tenant mix” is a reflection of its “commitment towards a data-driven destination to allow better decision-making for stakeholders to maintain its competitive edge, add value to the neighbourhood, while creating close to 4,000 jobs, in addition to various multiplier effects for the economy”.

“The broad reopening of our border and the return of foreign tourists to Malaysia bodes well for Pavilion Damansara Heights Mall and our tenants, as we get ready for our soft opening in May 2023,” said Datuk Joyce Yap, chief executive officer (retail), Kuala Lumpur Pavilion Sdn Bhd, at the unveiling ceremony here yesterday.

“We will eventually have around 380 retail outlets, making us well-placed to serve diverse needs, ranging from the basic to the most discerning,” she added.

Also present at the event was Puan Sri Cindy Lim, deputy chairman of Pavilion Group and Datuk Lee Whay Hoong, director of Impian Ekspresi Sdn Bhd and Jendela Mayang Sdn Bhd.

“We will continue to perfect our approach as we take into consideration prevailing and projected market trends so that the mall will continue to stand out as a must-visit location for both locals and tourists when it opens soon,” said Yap.
