KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 30): Bon Estates wants to improve the connectivity of the Mont’Kiara neighbourhood with plans to construct a direct road link between Jalan Duta Kiara and Jalan Kiara 3.

In a media release, Bon Estates stated that this will result “a more efficient route to the main traffic artery” and “a faster connection to Solaris Mont’Kiara (via Jalan Duta Kiara) and the Mont’Kiara commercial hub (via Jalan Kiara)”.

In addition, Jalan Kiara 3 offers access to the Desa ParkCity, Kepong, and DUKE Highway. “This means that residents from various parts of Mont’Kiara will now enjoy greater convenience, thanks to the newly established connecting road, leading to immediate traffic distribution benefits throughout the entire Mont’Kiara neighbourhood,” stated Bon Estates.

Bon Estates is the developer of the luxury development, Bon Kiara at Mont’Kiara.

Chief executive officer of Bon Estates, Chan Jin-Wy said that the construction of this new access road, via internal funding, “underscores the company’s commitment to community service”.

The new road will not only significantly benefit future Bon Kiara residents but will also provide enhanced convenience and reduced travel time for those in the vicinity.

Chan added that the new link road “resonates” with Bon Estates’ vision for Bon Kiara, centred on facilitating “effortless living”.

Bon Kiara is 4.15-acre high-rise development, “nestled alongside the green expanse of Bukit Kiara”, comprising spacious family-sized units, exclusive resort amenities, and serene green setting.
