KUALA LUMPUR (May 19): Kerjaya Prospek Group Bhd (KL:KERJAYA) has won a contract worth RM174.2 million from IJM Land Bhd’s subsidiary to build a high-rise residential development in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan.

In a statement on Tuesday, Kerjaya said the letter of award was granted to its wholly owned unit, Kerjaya Prospek (M) Sdn Bhd, by RB Land Sdn Bhd on Monday (May 18).

Under the agreement, Kerjaya’s unit will be responsible for the main building works of a 44-storey serviced apartment block that comprises 778 apartment units, 15 retail lots, private offices, levelled parking, and facilities, among others.

Works are expected to start on June 1 and are expected to be completed within 35 months.
