KUALA LUMPUR: Tuju Setia Bhd via its wholly-owned subsidiary Tuju Setia Sdn Bhd has secured a RM359.28mil contract from Sime Darby Property (Ara Damansara) Sdn Bhd, a unit of Sime Darby Property Bhd, for the construction of Ara Bloc Residences in Ara Damansara, Selangor.

It said in a bourse filing the project entails three blocks of 17-level business service apartments and a nine-storey podium comprising retail units, a carpark, residence facilities and utilities.

The contract is for a duration of 40 months, tentatively scheduled to commence on April 21, 2026.
