KUALA LUMPUR: Kerjaya Prospek Group Bhd has secured a RM225mil building contract from Majestic Gen Sdn Bhd for a high-rise mixed development project in Johor Bahru.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the group said its wholly owned subsidiary, Kerjaya Prospek (M) Sdn Bhd, received and accepted the letter of award on Dec 12, 2025.

The contract involves the execution and completion of a 50-storey building comprising service apartments, commercial units, car parks and recreational facilities at Jalan Lepas, Johor Bahru.

The project will commence on Jan 16, 2026, and is scheduled for completion within 38 months.

“The contract is expected to provide an additional stream of revenue for the group over the next three years,” Kerjaya Prospek said.
