RAWANG (Nov 9): Low Yat Group has launched its latest residential project, Armanee, on Sunday.
The leasehold project is situated within the developer’s master planned 2,670-acre Bandar Puteri Tasik, Rawang township.
With a gross development value (GDV) of RM212 million, the gated and guarded Armanee will comprise 258 double-storey terraced units.
Built-ups for the units range from 1,810 to 2,254 sq ft, with land sizes of 18ft by 75ft (intermediate units) to 20ft by 75ft (corner units).
Each unit will have four bedrooms and four bathrooms, with prices starting from RM690,000. The maintenance fee is tentatively set at 16 sen psf per month.
At launch, 140 units of Armanee (Phase 1) are available for booking and this phase will be completed in 36 months. The remaining units will be released at a later date.
“Our aim with Armanee is to provide families with attainable homes that offer lasting value, within a township designed to grow sustainably with its communities. As the township continues to evolve, our focus remains on creating spaces that encourage families to build roots, enjoy a balanced lifestyle, and be part of a thriving, connected neighbourhood,” said Low Yat Group’s subsidiary Rawang Lakes Sdn Bhd area property (development and management) general manager Andrew Goh at the launch event here in Bandar Tasik Puteri.
He added that the launch comes on the back of the success of the developer’s Amaya landed homes project, in which all 387 units are now fully sold.
“Amaya and Armanee together represent RM470 million in GDV, forming a vibrant gated and guarded residential enclave that reflects Low Yat Group’s commitment to building quality homes and nurturing thriving communities,” said Goh.
In terms of facilities, residents of Armanee will get to enjoy an exclusive clubhouse which has a swimming pool, barbeque area, outdoor fitness equipment, and pickleball and basketball courts, in addition to the township’s landscaped parks, playgrounds and jogging trails.
