Managing Director
Shin Lin obtained his BSc (Hons) in Estate Management from University of Greenwich, United Kingdom in 2002. He immediately joined Stocker Roberts & Gupta Sdn Bhd as Valuation Executive and was later promoted to Valuation Manager to head its Valuation Department. He has also worked as Director in One Asia Property Consultants (KL) Sdn Bhd.
Throughout his career as a valuer, Shin Lin has valued various types of residential, commercial, industrial, leisure/resort, agricultural and special properties throughout Malaysia for various purposes ranging from Mortgage Financing, Compulsory Land Acquisition, Accounting, Internal Management, Insurance, Sale and Purchase, Stamp Duty, Development Charges, Submission to IWK, Submission to Foreign Embassy/High Commission and Submission to Securities Commission.

Executive Director
Charlene graduated from University of Greenwich in 2002 with a BSc (Hons) in Estate Management. She started her career with Burgess Rawson Sdn Bhd as a Valuation Executive and was later promoted to head its Valuation Department.
Since graduation, Charlene has conducted valuation of a wide range of residential, commercial, industrial, agricultural and special properties for the purposes of Mortgage Financing, Foreclosure, Compulsory Land Acquisition, Accounting, Internal Management, Insurance, Sale and Purchase and Submission to Securities Commission. Apart from the conventional properties, other more complex properties valued by her include purpose-built office buildings, shopping centres, hotels/resorts, project/township developments, petrol stations, golf courses and rubber/oil palm estates.
Charlene also gained extensive experience in property management throughout her career at Burgess Rawson Sdn Bhd, which held management contracts of more than 35 commercial and residential projects within the Klang Valley.

Michael graduated from University Teknologi Malaysia in 2003 with a BSc (Hons) in Property Management. He started his career with Henry Butcher (JB) Sdn Bhd as a Valuation Executive. He has also worked as Senior Valuation Executive in Azmi & Co (Sarawak) Sdn Bhd and as Registered Agent in IQI Realty (Sarawak) Sdn Bhd.
He is actively involved in valuation of various types of residential, commercial, industrial, agricultural and special properties for Mortgage Financing, Foreclosure, Compulsory Land Acquisition, Accounting, Internal Management, Insurance, Sale and Purchase, Submission to Foreign Embassy/High Commission and Submission to Securities Commission.
